Dr. Richard WebbDr. Richard Webb to Speak on Latest Treatments for Relief of Chronic Pain on September 14

Daphne, Ala. (Aug 24, 2022) – Dr. Richard Webb, fellowship-trained pain management specialist, will discuss treatments for chronic pain at a free community education seminar on Wed., Sept. 14, 2022. The seminar includes a complimentary lunch.

Webb will present “Effective Treatment for the Relief of Chronic Pain” at the Orange Beach Adult and Senior Activity Center, located at 26251 Canal Road, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.

The seminar coincides with National Pain Awareness Month, which is observed during September every year as a time for pain professionals and activists to educate the public on issues and current treatment options related to chronic pain and the estimated 50 million people across the country facing this condition.

Webb has a passion for functional improvement and pain reduction in patients and offers various treatments for patients with spinal disorders, joint issues, cancer-related pain, complex neurologic conditions as well as general work and athletic-related injuries. Additionally, Webb is involved in the advancement of novel, ultrasound-guided procedures for precision guided interventional pain management.

“Functional improvement is what leads to a better quality of life. All of medicine should be focused on improvement in quality of life, and that is what my focus is as well – getting my patients back to enjoying life,” Webb said. (Photo: Richard Webb, M.D.)
